Reporting Safeguarding Concerns
All trainers are responsible for recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns..
If a concern arises, Linford Digital Academy will:

- 4. Contact parents or guardians where appropriate

Photography and Media Consent
From time to time, Linford Digital Academy may take photographs during classes to showcase student projects or activities.

- Students without consent will not appear in photographs
Drop-Off and Collection
To ensure student safety:
- Parents or guardians must ensure children are safely dropped off and collected
- Younger children must be collected by a parent or authorised adult
- Trainers supervise students only during scheduled class times
Parents remain responsible for students before and after sessions.
